Processing and Delivery

Upon having made a purchase, you will automatically and immediately receive an order confirmation email, including your order number, purchase details and total value of order.

Orders are processed each business day and as a general rule are delivered within 5 working days via Australia Post.

We only deliver within Australia at this point in time, and all prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Postage

Postage is calculated at the checkout before you enter your payment details. Postage costs are calculated by product weight as listed below:

• Up to 250g - $8.95;
• 250-500g - $9.95; and
• 500g and over - $12.00.

Overseas Orders

If you live outside of Australia, we are more than happy to process your order over the telephone. Please email us with your order details and your telephone number and we will contact you.

Returns

We make sure that we give you sufficient information regarding our products and we guarantee that all items are packaged with care. Some instances may occur when you require return or exchange services, Chic Lingerie evaluates every request on a case-by-case basis, although generally speaking, we do allow returns for wrong size or faulty items.

Conditions

• The garment must be returned within 7 days (via prepaid postage)
• The garment labels or tags must still be attached to the garment
• The garment has not been worn (except to try the garment on for size)*
• The garment has not been damaged or soiled
• The garment has not been altered by you in any way
• The returned item is accompanied by the original receipt
• The item is returned to us in its original, undamaged packaging

To ensure that your exchange is resolved in the most expedient manner, please contact Chic Lingerie by email corrinne@chiclingerie.com.au or telephone 0412 835 316, and we will advise you of the most appropriate method for resolution. You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund.

*Please remember to wear a liner when trying on your lingerie bottom or an outfit that has a panty bottom. We trust that most people are honest and will take the time to try on lingerie carefully.

Customer Service Policy
